    Event Description:
    Back by popular demand.    Richard Westbrook, Doctor of Chiropractic, and Improv Instructor, will lead an interactive workshop for adults that use improvisational theater techniques to reintroduce the freedom of play that can release endorphins, lower blood pressure and leave participants with a sense of relaxation.  Dress comfortably and bring a sense of adventure!
