• Office Manager/Executive Assistant

You have strong organizational skills and aim to bring order and direction to people, process and systems.     You are local to the Santa Cruz/Monterey/Santa Clara County region, willing to work on-site in the Aptos/Capitola area fifty percent of the time. You have worked five years or more as an personal executive assistant and office manager in a very fast paced, customer-facing environment, handling a variety of detail-oriented tasks. You are fluent in self-management and utilize your problem-solving skills to initiate and deliver on-track solutions. You are highly proficient in every element of modern technology including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Calendar, Apple products & apps.

    • 5+ years of experience as an office manager / executive support for a small and growing fast paced business
    • Completion of Associates Degree program in office administration or office management a plus but not required

    • Experience with heavy scheduling, travel arrangements, event management, office management.

    • Must have strong external customer facing experience

    • California DL & current insurance – No points on record


    Additional Information

    Location: Santa Cruz/Monterey/Santa Clara County region. This is 45% remote position, 20% Travel is required, 35% on-site in Aptos is required.

    Hours: Part time contractor growing to full time over 6-8 months
