SCORE Central Coast Tops Prestigious Client Service Indicator

The nonprofit small business advisor for Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties was informed by the Director of the SCORE San Francisco Bay Area District, Scott Anderson, that the Chapter received the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the district. The San Francisco Bay Area District covers California from Monterey County north to Del Norte County, including the entire Bay Area. NPS is a nationally used business indicator for client satisfaction, and SCORE Central Coast ended the fiscal year with a 93.1%. Director Anderson remarked “This shows that not only is our service free, as funded by the SBA, but it is very, very good at meeting client interests.” Rich Hill, Chapter Chair, said, “This kind of excellence is only achieved through the concerted and capable efforts of our volunteers, and also because of the training and resources provide by the national organization.”
