More Cities Report Their Progress on New Housing Permits

Two weeks ago, your Chamber’s Prosperity Update reported on the status of progress toward the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) goals set for construction permits of new residential units in the cities of Monterey, Pacific Grove, Seaside, and Salinas. This week we have data for Carmel, Del Rey Oaks, and Marina. We’re waiting for public release and deliberation of housing data from Sand City and the unincorporated areas of the County of Monterey.
