Chamber members, Ambassadors, community partners, and supporters gathered to recognize the organization and the important work its team is doing to strengthen individuals and families throughout Monterey County.
BRIDGE, which stands for Building Resilience, Inclusion, and Development for Growth and Empowerment, is a nonprofit dedicated to connecting individuals and families with the resources and support they need to achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency. Through programs including Enhanced Care Management, Housing Navigation, Community Supports, and Housing Sustainability, BRIDGE helps community members navigate healthcare, find and maintain stable housing, access essential resources, and overcome barriers to care. Their community-based approach focuses on meeting people where they are and helping create pathways toward long-term stability, resilience, and success.
