A Big Thank you to everyone who created, sponsored, watched, shared, donated and commented on our Kindness Monterey Care-a-thon last Sunday, October 25! Big Thanks of course to Kiki Wow who kept the evening full of heartfelt energy plus delivered a live performance with the Wowettes!
We also acknowledge Kevin and Dee Armstead from Destination 831 who made it all happen. This event was shared by many of the viewers. We raised $500 on our GoFundMe link and are extremely grateful to all who donated.
We are planning to keep the concert up on both our website and Facebook page in the hopes that we will continue to receive donations and sponsors. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to cover the production of the concert, the ongoing costs associated with keeping this campaign alive and successful, and to reach as many people as possible by directing them to buy gift cards to support our restaurants — as well as spread kindness to others in need.
