Juan Zavala believes that integrity, honesty, and truth are the best mentors, and that belief shapes the way he serves every client.
As an insurance advisor, Juan helps individuals, families, and businesses navigate commercial property and casualty coverage, as well as health, accident, and life insurance. Known for his collaborative, bilingual approach, he takes the time to understand each client's needs, explain options clearly, and provide guidance that feels both personal and practical. His goal is simple: to help people feel informed, confident, and well protected.

Raised in Mexico and Orange County, Juan developed a strong appreciation for community, connection, and service. He earned his degree in psychology from UC Santa Cruz, where he also distinguished himself in the Spanish Speakers Program. He later worked across multiple departments at a major insurance carrier, gaining valuable insight into the industry and a well-rounded understanding of what clients truly need from a trusted advisor.

That commitment to service extends beyond his work in insurance. Juan is a board member of Building Healthy Communities Monterey County, where he supports efforts to strengthen and uplift the local community. He is also actively involved in the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Juan enjoys hiking, cycling, traveling, and spending time at the beach with his wife, son, and dog, Pepe.
For Juan, insurance is about more than policies. It is about helping people protect what matters most and move forward with greater peace of mind.
